Version 1.1

I've added several new tiles, as well as 3 new palettes for different seasons, these come combined for a small fee, but the summer pack will stay completely free!

I've added 3 new types of signs, some more variation on the road department and the new seasonal packs all have unique aspects to go along with them, I'll add new seasonal stuff along the road as well, be sure to leave suggestions as to what you want to see in them!
